Small team. Big roadmap.
Not hiring yet.

We're three people building Ampliflow. Every dollar from founding members goes toward shipping features faster — not expanding headcount. When we do hire, we hire from the waitlist first.

A short note from us

We've watched too many seed-stage companies hire ten people, double their burn, and then ship the same product. We'd rather stay small. Two engineers and a designer can ship a real outbound platform — and they can do it without raising another round.

When we open a role, we'll post it on this page first and email the founding cohort. No recruiters, no ATS, no take-home assignments that take a weekend. If you'd like to hear when we hire, the easiest path is to join the waitlist.

Get notified when we hire

What it looks like, day to day.

If we do hire one day, this is the shape of the job. No standups. No status meetings. No Jira sprints.

Async first

Linear, Slack, Loom. No required hours, no required time zone. We hire writers — engineers and designers who think on paper before they think on Zoom.

Ship every week

A real changelog goes out every Friday. If you join, your name appears next to features you shipped. No "the team" — we credit individuals.

Founder access

No managers, no skip-levels. You talk to the people writing the code and shipping the product. Decisions happen in one Slack channel.

Build in public

Roadmap is public. Pricing is public. Revenue numbers are public to founding members. If the secrecy of a Big Co bothers you, you'll like it here.

We'll post here first when something opens. Until then, the best way to join Ampliflow is to become a founding member: ship feedback, vote on the roadmap, help us choose what to build.
